
How to hire and onboard across time zones.
The Growth Foundation’s consultancy team were working closely with US health shake brand Ka’Chava – and soon identified new talent as an essential step to unlock growth.
The Talent team outlined six crucial hires including:
An Executive Creative Director to re-shape the creative department and elevate the brand’s work
A Brand Marketing Manager to guide and oversee Ka’Chava’s marketing efforts.
A Retail Marketing Manager specialising in in-store communications, the brand expanded into supermarkets in the US.
We drew on our extensive US network to find the right people, which involved a lot of searching and screening; over 2,000 people applied for the Executing Creative Director role.
To help make sure the new hires felt at home as soon as they joined, we worked with Ka’Chava’s existing Head of HR to re-design their onboarding process, making it more streamlined and effective. The result: a 100% probation pass rate and an ongoing working relationship, as Ka’Chava continues look for the right people to fuel their growth. We’ll raise a shake to that.
