A beauty brand with big ambitions, Sculpted by Aimee were growing rapidly in their home of Ireland and looking to break into the UK. Founder Aimee Connolly came to us to help get the right people on her team.
Because The Growth Foundation’s CRM, Paid Media and Brand teams were already working with Sculpted, they could tell our Talent team exactly what these new roles required, and the kinds of candidates who would be successful there.
We created a talent map to show how the new hires would work together to be ready for the growth ahead.
We created the job specs, all unique to Sculpted by Aimee, based on our experience of what the business needed.
For the more senior roles, our Chief Growth Officer Richard Chapple and Chief Marketing Officer Kim Doan helped with interviews, shortlisting and the task-setting process. Which meant that Aimee’s valuable time was only spent meeting candidates we believed in.
